Jenny Anderson practices in the Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate & Business Practice Groups at FMJ.
Jenny has experience in representing entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes in a variety of financial and strategic-based deals. Jenny’s work is predominantly buy-side transactions, which includes representing purchasers in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) deals using SBA financing. Jenny also has experience in lower middle market sell-side deals, especially in coordinating diligence. Clients appreciate Jenny’s responsiveness and individualized service, and she ensures that each client’s unique goals are met. She communicates clearly and will work diligently with all parties involved in the transaction to make sure the deal is closed in a timely manner.
Before law school, Jenny worked for a global logistics company where she served a Fortune 50 retailer and handled its transportation needs. Jenny draws on this previous corporate experience to advise clients with their business needs.
Jenny graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and she earned a B.A. in International Business from the University of St. Thomas.

Jenny loves going on day trips and exploring the local area. Outside of the office, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Aaron, and her two rambunctious pups, Millie and Remi.
