“I tell my kids that you can only control your attitude, effort, and perspective.  If those are all positive, things will be okay.  I also strive to work hard, include others, be respectful and responsive, and stay agile and resilient.  Each day, I try to add value and make someone else’s job a little easier.”

Adam grew up in the Burnsville area, and he now lives in Bloomington with his wife, two children, and a small (but mighty) dog.  Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, trivia contests, all things Disney, golfing, and playing/recovering from hockey.
