Holly practices in the Trusts & Estates practice group at FMJ. Holly greatly enjoys being a part of the Twin Cities community and is equally thrilled to connect and work with clients throughout greater Minnesota. Holly focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Holly takes pride in working with her clients to determine their goals and develop a customized plan to meet their needs. This often involves working with clients who own businesses, have minor children, have blended families, or have a unique set of circumstances.
Holly utilizes her background in family law, guardianship and conservatorship work, business formations, and real estate law to help better serve her estate planning clients. She strives to serve every client with integrity and compassion, all while focusing on minimizing estate taxes.
Prior to law school, Holly was a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and worked at a mediation nonprofit providing individuals with assistance in securing stable housing as well as juvenile restorative services.

Holly is a native of Southern Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys running around the lakes, finding new coffee shops to add to her rotation, and skiing.
