We are pleased to announce the arrival of Holly Hankins at FMJ!
Holly is an Associate Attorney in our Trusts & Estates practice group. She focuses her practice on trust and estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Holly utilizes her background in family law, guardianship and conservatorship work, business formation, and real estate law to help better serve her estate planning clients with matters involving matrimonial planning, minor children and incapacitated individuals, business ownership, and the transfer of real property. Before starting at FMJ, Holly worked as an attorney in the New Ulm area, and she enjoys working with clients in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
Holly strives to serve every client with integrity and compassion, with a focus on accomplishing client goals and minimizing estate taxes. David Ness, who is the Head of FMJ’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, understands the value that Holly will add for the firm’s clients.
