Patricia's Bio

Patricia May is a paralegal in the Litigation Practice Group. She supports our Litigation team in all aspects of the practice. Patricia understands litigation procedures and court rules, and she is able to help with each part of the trial and litigation preparation process.

Patricia has experience in private practice/law firm and government settings. On the government side, she worked as a paralegal in the Carver County Attorney’s Office handling complex eminent domain actions. Patricia’s experience in private practice included supporting the lead regional counsel handling personal injury and product liability actions for a nationally known company. In her most recent law firm position, before starting with FMJ, Patricia supported patent and trademark attorneys in all aspects of litigation relating to trademark and patent infringement matters.

Outside of the office Patricia enjoys weekends with her husband and their cat, Ermitt, at the cabin up north. She loves standup paddle boarding, bicycling, and sewing quilts.
