Natolie's Bio

Natolie Hochhausen practices in the HR & Employment practice group at FMJ. Her practice focuses on advising businesses and individuals on human resource and employment issues such as discrimination and harassment prevention, employment procedures and policies, employment training, employee benefits, hiring and termination practices, FMLA and leaves of absence, compliance with employment laws, investigations, post-employment restrictive covenants, confidentiality restrictions, and more.

Natolie can provide clients with sophisticated guidance on the above employment law issues, and she offers practical advice to help navigate the complexities of day-to-day employee relations issues. She understands that building an effective client relationship requires mutual trust and candor, as well as an understanding of the client’s priorities and expectations.

Prior to joining FMJ, Natolie was an in-house attorney at a medical supplies company with over 7,500 employees. She advised on corporate legal matters including employee leaves and accommodations, employee benefits, internal complaints and investigations, hiring and onboarding practices, restructures and reductions in force, employment-related contracts, wage and hour matters, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, employment-based immigration, and international business travel.

Twin Cities Business (TCB) named Natolie as one of its 2024 Notable Emerging Leaders.
