Minnesota’s new Paid Family and Medical Leave Program is effective January 1, 2026 (and there are some other deadlines and reporting requirements before that). Is your organization ready for PFML? The Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce has invited Natolie Hochhausen to discuss program changes after the last Minnesota legislative session, along with information about premiums and employer requirements, coverage and eligibility, reasons for leave, program mechanics and implementation, available benefits and length of time off, and action items for employers before January 1, 2026. There is no small-business exception, so PFML applies to almost every Minnesota employer.
This program is great for business owners and managers, HR team members, and anyone in a leadership role in Minnesota businesses and organizations.
Date: Tuesday, September 16th, 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM
