Alex Christians works in the Corporate Practice Group at FMJ. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, and he helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies of all sizes to buy, sell, lease, and manage their various real estate interests. Real Estate transactions are often some of the biggest investments that businesses and individuals make. Alex understands this, and he takes the time to learn each client’s goals and their unique business models. Alex works with clients closely so that he knows where they are coming from and where they want to go. Ultimately, Alex wants to help his clients structure each transaction to meet their unique needs.
Before joining FMJ, Alex developed a wide range of civil practice experience. Alex started as a plaintiff-side personal injury and product liability attorney, fighting for his clients in the courtroom. Since then, Alex has practiced across the full spectrum of real estate and transactional law, and he has learned to utilize his courtroom advocacy skills when needed in the transactional arena. Alex understands the importance of adapting to new circumstances as they arise, and he makes sure his clients receive the best representation for each situation.

When he is not at the office, you’ll often find Alex on the rugby pitch. He is the head coach of the Edina High School boys’ rugby club, passing on his love for the game, and teaching his young athletes the importance of teamwork, leadership, and determination.
