Ryan's Bio

Ryan Dreyer is a Shareholder in FMJ’s Litigation Practice Group. Ryan is an experienced litigator who handles a variety of commercial, real estate, construction, shareholder, employment, and probate litigation matters. Over the years, Ryan has litigated numerous cases in Minnesota and North Dakota, and he has tried cases involving a wide range of issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfers, breach of contract, HR & employment law claims, mechanic’s liens, construction defects, other business and individual claims, and even some criminal matters.

Ryan is also in our Real Estate Practice group, where he handles real estate litigation matters and assists and advises clients with real estate transactions and construction contracts.

Before joining FMJ, Ryan worked with two other civil practice law firms in the Twin Cities, and he interned with Judge John P. Smith in Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District. Ryan graduated with honors from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a published Law Review author, and he was selected for the Florida State Bar Association’s National Tax Moot Court Competition.
