FMJ is Excited to Announce that Ryan Dreyer has Joined the Firm as a Shareholder!
Ryan Dreyer has joined FMJ as a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Ryan is an experienced litigator who handles a variety of commercial, real estate, and probate litigation matters. Over the years, Ryan has litigated numerous cases in Minnesota and North Dakota, and he has tried cases involving a wide range of issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfers, breach of contract, HR & employment law claims, mechanic’s liens, construction defects, other business and individual claims, and even some criminal matters.
Ryan has also been added to FMJ’s Real Estate Practice Group. In addition to handling real estate litigation matters, he will also assist and advise clients with real estate transactions and construction contracts.
Shannon McDonough, a Shareholder and the leader of FMJ’s Litigation and HR & Employment Law Practice Groups, expressed her enthusiasm about Ryan joining the team.
