Nathan's Bio
Nate Snyder is a Shareholder in our Sports & Entertainment, General Corporate & Business, Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Manufacturing, and Real Estate practice groups. As a former college athlete, Nate knows the value of putting in the time and preparation to understand his clients’ businesses, the industries within which they operate, their individual concerns, and their unique legal needs. This approach helps Nate build considerable trust with his clients, comprehensively speak their language, thoughtfully anticipate their legal needs, and ingrain himself in their operations.
Nate represents individuals and businesses in commercial transactions, trademark, copyright, and intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, shareholder, employment, and real estate matters. He has extensive experience with clients in various industries including sports, entertainment, music, media, manufacturing, technology, finance, and transportation, among others. His goal when working with these clients, regardless of matter or industry type, is to assure his clients that their unique legal needs are anticipated, addressed, and protected to the fullest extent possible.
Prior to joining the firm, Nate spent eight years practicing at a business law firm in Minneapolis where he represented clients in equity, asset, intellectual property, and real estate transactions, and served as outside counsel for closely-held businesses.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and backpacking. At home, Nate can be found in the kitchen with a record playing while cooking and trying new foods. He also enjoys attending concerts, including visiting historic concert venues across the country to see some of his favorite bands (though nothing beats a concert at First Ave.), playing and watching sports, catching a Minnesota Twins game, and spending time at the lake with family.
