Morgan Zuehlke is an Attorney in the Corporate & Business Practice Group at Fafinski Mark & Johnson, and she focuses on corporate law, trademarks, sports and entertainment, and business transactions. With a career spanning two decades in digital technology and brand strategy, Morgan offers a unique perspective that blends legal insight with strategic business acumen.
Before law school, Morgan earned a BBA in Marketing of Recorded Music from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and she developed a successful career in marketing, UX, and digital strategy. Morgan has managed initiatives for prominent artists and record labels and advised some of the world’s largest brands on experience strategy and digital transformation.
Morgan’s leadership background includes managing teams and handling a range of business matters, which now enhances her ability to counsel clients in diverse industries. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to client-centered solutions, Morgan provides strategic legal counsel and excellent service for her clients.

Outside of work, Morgan can often be found cheering on her two sons at soccer and basketball games or tackling a New York Times game with unwavering determination. A lover of live music, standup comedy, and true crime, she’s equally at home belting out a tune or sketching a quick drawing. Morgan grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and spent a decade in Nashville, Tennessee, so she has a love of Southern food, and she knows the best barbecue is worth the trip.
