Zack Hennen is an Attorney in our Litigation Practice Group. Zack focuses on commercial and business litigation, and he represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and business entities in disputes arising in and around the areas of real estate, employment, construction, and shareholder rights. He also works on a range of appellate matters. Zack’s client-centered approach to practice pushes him to go the extra mile in pursuing the best possible resolution to every dispute.
Zack grew up helping his family run their small business. So, he understands the challenges businesses, owners, and entrepreneurs face every day. Zack learned from experience the value of getting the job done right and with integrity. He works diligently to produce high quality work that is strategically designed to put his clients in the best possible position to achieve their goals over the long run.
Prior to joining FMJ, Zack practiced environmental and real estate litigation at a central Minnesota law firm. This helped him gain valuable courtroom experience and an understanding of the dynamics and procedures of courtrooms across the state. At the University of Minnesota Law School, Zack was a Law Review editor and represented clients in court through his clinical work at the law school.

When he’s not in the office, Zack is most often taking a run around Eden Prairie or along one of its nearby trails. He spends the rest of his downtime skiing, rock climbing, or cheering on whatever Minnesota sports team happens to be in season.
