FMJ is Excited to Announce that Zachary Hennen has Joined the Firm as an Associate!
Zack Hennen has started with Fafinski Mark & Johnson as an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Zack has experience handling a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. He represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and business entities in disputes arising in and around the areas of real estate, employment, construction, and shareholder rights. He also works on a range of appellate matters. Zack utilizes a client-centered approach to practice, and he pushes himself to go the extra mile in pursuing a positive resolution to every dispute.
Zack also has experience working with his family’s small business, which has helped him understand the challenges that businesses, owners, and entrepreneurs face every day. As such, Zack strives to produce work that is strategically designed to put his clients in the best possible position to achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
