Mack Marrin is an Attorney in FMJ’s Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and business litigation, including general civil litigation, construction, real estate, construction liability defense, premises liability, and more. Mack represents businesses, insurers, and individuals through all stages of the litigation process, helping clients navigate disputes efficiently and strategically while pursuing practical, results-oriented solutions.
Before starting at FMJ, Mack worked as an attorney at a different Twin Cities firm, where he handled a variety of construction, automobile, and business/civil litigation matters. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Timothy McManus, where he worked directly in the courtroom and honed his legal research and writing skills in a wide range of civil matters. Mack’s experience inside the judicial system provided him with valuable insight into litigation strategy, motion practice, and courtroom procedures.
Mack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he served as Senior Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and was involved with the Corporate and Business Law Society, the Black Law Student Association, and the Peer Mentor Program. Mack received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drake University, where he was a member of the university’s NCAA Division I-AA football team.
Away from the office, Mack enjoys spending time with family and friends at his cabin in Wisconsin, traveling, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
