Fafinski Mark & Johnson is pleased to welcome Mack Marrin as an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group! Mack represents businesses, insurers, and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters, with a practice focused on business and commercial disputes, construction litigation, and premises liability. He guides clients through all stages of litigation, helping them navigate complex legal challenges with practical, strategic advice.
Before starting at FMJ, Mack worked as an attorney at a different Twin Cities firm, where he handled a variety of construction, automobile, and business/civil litigation matters. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Timothy McManus, where he worked directly in the courtroom and honed his legal research and writing skills in a wide range of civil matters. Mack’s experience inside the judicial system provided him with valuable insight into litigation strategy, motion practice, and courtroom procedures.
