FMJ Expands Trusts & Estates Practice with Attorney Karen Schlotthauer

We are pleased to announce that attorney Karen Schlotthauer has joined our Eden Prairie office as Senior Counsel in our Trusts & Estates practice group. Schlotthauer will continue her practice of counseling clients on all aspects of estate planning. Schlotthauer’s estate planning practice includes wills, trusts, charitable planning, retirement plan distribution planning, probate and trust administration, prenuptial agreements, and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies. Prior to joining FMJ, Schlotthauer was a shareholder a Lommen Abdo in Minneapolis and a principal of Heilman & Schlotthauer, PLLC in Wayzata. She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
