Fafinski Mark & Johnson is pleased to welcome Lindsey Krause as an attorney in the firm’s HR & Employment Practice Group.
Lindsey advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace compliance, employee relations, internal investigations, leaves of absence, responding to employment-related claims and agency charges, and pre-litigation disputes. On the employer side, she partners with business leaders and human resources professionals to deliver practical, strategic guidance that helps organizations manage risk and navigate complex workplace issues. Lindsey also represents executive level and other employees in negotiations related to hiring and separations.
Before joining FMJ, Lindsey worked at a mid-sized plaintiff’s employment firm in Minneapolis and then moved to an Am Law 100 firm in Portland, Oregon where she represented a diverse array of employers. Most recently, she served as in-house counsel for a major Minnesota-based food company, serving as their employment lawyer. Lindsey also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School where she has taught Law in Practice courses since 2018.
