Heidi Carpenter and Shannon McDonough Elected to FMJ’s Board of Directors

We announced this month that shareholders Heidi Carpenter and Shannon McDonough have been elected to the firm’s board of directors. The board of directors now consists of five shareholders: Robert Fafinski, Jr., Donald Chance Mark, Jr., Kevin Johnson, Heidi Carpenter, and Shannon McDonough.Carpenter is a commercial attorney who provides counsel to investors, start-up companies, and closely-held businesses of all sizes with corporate, transactional and employment law matters.

 

McDonough is the head of our HR & Employment practice; she defends employers in a variety of employment-related actions in state and federal courts across the country, as well as advises on employment matters.
