FMJ shareholder Donald Chance Mark, Jr. was recently interviewed by Eden Prairie News about the legalities of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) use.
“This is an ongoing topic that’s going to occupy interest for a long time. But I think you’re definitely going to see a lot more drones and I think the technology is going to continue to evolve to hopefully make them safer,” said Donald Mark Jr., of the Eden Prairie-based law firm Fafinski Mark & Johnson P.A., which has a drone practice group, “but the concern is always going to be abuse by people that do it the wrong way.”
