FMJ is excited to announce that Anna Swiecichowski is joining the firm as an associate attorney working in our Litigation Practice Group!
Anna represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, employment law, and appeals. Anna’s background includes business experience, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy, and she strives to represent her clients efficiently and effectively at every stage of the litigation process. Anna also has a great deal of experience with state and federal appeals, and she has argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and drafted appellate briefs for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Anna received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, and she has previously served as an adjunct professor there, teaching appellate advocacy to students competing on the American Bar Association National Moot Court competition team.
“Our Litigation Practice Group has been busy, and we are growing,” said Shannon McDonough, Head of the Litigation and HR & Employment Practice Groups. “Adding Anna to the firm will bring additional experience and depth to this practice group. Anna knows how to provide excellent client service, and her litigation and appellate experience, negotiation skills, and strong background in advocacy, legal writing, and employment and commercial law will make Anna a vital addition to the firm.
