Welcome to the Podcast!
This initial episode features an introduction to the hosts, including Nate Snyder, Rob Fafinski, and Adam Brown.
The team talks about the firm and introduces the format for the podcast. Essentially, the hosts will rotate through episodes to discuss a variety of legal topics with Adam. The team will also bring in guests from time to time, including other FMJ attorneys people from outside of the firm. The goal is to provide a different way to share information and start a conversation about a variety of legal topics. We also hope listeners will get to know our attorneys and our firm a bit more.
The team also talks briefly about some of the substantive issues they are working on right now, including M&A trends such as search funds and self-funded searchers, litigation topics, sports and entertainment law, and the HR & Employment changes in Minnesota following the Spring 2023 legislative session.
