FOX 9: FAA Proposes Commercial Drone Regulation

FMJ attorney Donald Chance Mark, Jr. recently gave an interview to FOX 9 News on the topic of the commercial use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

On February 15, 2015, the Federal Aviation Administration released an outline of proposed rules for the regulation of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS). These proposed rules cover UAS weighing under 55 pounds that are operated for non-recreational purposes.
