Fafinski Mark & Johnson is pleased to announce that Alayna Bell has joined the firm as an Associate in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group, where she will focus her practice on estate planning, administration, and probate matters.
Alayna utilizes a thoughtful and client-centered approach in her work, helping individuals, families, and fiduciaries develop personalized plans that protect assets, preserve legacies, and provide peace of mind. She assists clients with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and she supports personal representatives and beneficiaries through estate administration and probate proceedings. Prior to joining FMJ, Alayna served as a judicial law clerk, gaining valuable experience in legal analysis, research, and procedure that strengthens her work on behalf of clients. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and maintains active engagement in the estate planning and probate legal community.
