We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated individual who is seeking an opportunity to develop as an attorney within our growing Trusts & Estates Practice Group.   The candidate must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice law in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have zero to three (0 to 3) years of relevant experience in estate planning and estate administration, a strong interest in developing a career in estate planning, a desire to build and further relationships as a member of our estate planning team, and a desire to further their professional development in a collaborative environment. Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills are essential as this position will entail significant client contact.  The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team because our Trusts & Estates Practice Group is collaborative by nature.  The position will involve assisting in the planning, structuring, and drafting of estate plans for clients of all sizes. Experience with drafting and preparing estate plans, trust and estate settlement procedures and processes, as well as income and estate taxation issues is preferred.
