Minnesota Lawyer recently honored our incredible C.O.O., Sharon Johnson, as one of Minnesota’s 2024 Unsung Legal Heroes.
As the firm’s chief operating officer, Sharon is responsible for the firm’s administrative functions and oversees the firm’s financial management. She works with firm leadership and administrative staff to keep things running smoothly. Sharon has been with FMJ since day one in 1999, and she has continued to help grow the firm ever since. Over the last year, Sharon and her team helped coordinate the firm’s move across Eden Prairie. Sharon coordinated all aspects of the move, from initial search and selection to the design and function of the new space and the logistics of the move itself.
