On February 29, 2024, Bob Fafinski will be part of a panel discussion entitled: Structuring Ownership for the Future.
The panelists will discuss practical tools to help understand ownership transfer options, succession planning, and strategies to create avenues for family discussion. Topics include types of ownership, strategies for building consensus, potential pitfalls and traps, and examples of transitions done well. The panelists will also be available for questions and answers.
