Heidi Carpenter, the firm’s incoming CEO as of July 1, 2022, was recently featured in Minnesota Lawyer‘s weekly column “Breaking the Ice.” The series shines a spotlight on Minnesota lawyers, discussing their interests, passions, and various approaches to the practice of law.
This edition of “Breaking the Ice” explores Heidi’s hire as the first associate at FMJ to rise as the first female Chief Executive Officer of the firm. The article also features a Q&A format where Heidi answers eleven different questions from her favorite legal movie to where she would take someone who is visiting her hometown of Appleton, Wisconsin.
