We are pleased to announce that Robert Tunheim has joined the firm as an associate in its General Corporate & Business and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Tunheim’s practice at FMJ will focus on representing businesses from various industries with their legal needs.
Before joining FMJ, Tunheim was an international tax consultant at a leading global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services. lending, commercial leasing, real estate due diligence, and title and escrow matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law with a concentration in business law and his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from St. Olaf College.
