FMJ attorney Heidi Carpenter represented Snap Fitness in its acquisition of STEELE Fitness, a Twin Cities fitness boutique. The acquisition will aid Snap Fitness in delivering more personal and small-group training.
Last year, Snap Fitness had revenue of $70 million with earnings of $21 million (before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). The company’s earnings have been growing at a 20 percent annual clip.
