# Twin Cities Business Notable Women in Law: Shannon McDonough

Twin Cities Business (TCB) has named [Shannon McDonough](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/shannon-m-mcdonough/) as one of its 2023 Notable Women in Law!

Shannon is a Shareholder at FMJ, and she is also a Board Member and the head of FMJ’s [Litigation](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/litigation/) and [HR & Employment](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/hr-employment/) Practice Groups.  In addition, Shannon is one of the co-founders of [FMJ Women Uncorked](https://www.fmjlaw.com/fmj-women-uncorked/), a program designed to support women in the business community, foster relationships among our contacts, mentor co-workers, and celebrate the successes of our clients and friends.  Shannon and FMJ recently hosted another very successful [FMJ Uncorked Evening of Women, Wine, and Wisdom](https://www.fmjlaw.com/fmj-hosts-another-successful-fmj-uncorked-event-2/).
