# FMJ Welcomes New Corporate Associate Kristina Keppeler

We are pleased to announce that [Kristina Keppeler](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/kristina-m-keppeler/) has joined the firm as an associate in its [General Corporate & Business](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/general-corporate-business/) and [Mergers & Acquisitions](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/) practice groups. Kristina’s practice at FMJ will focus on all areas of business law including, general corporate advising, the formation of business entities, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining FMJ, Keppeler was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Patricia S. Spratt of the Chancery Division/Mortgage Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago. She earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota.
