# Nathan Snyder Elected as Shareholder

We are proud to announce that Nate Snyder has been elected as a Shareholder at Fafinski Mark & Johnson.  Nate practices in our in our Sports & Entertainment, General Corporate & Business, Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate Practice Groups.  Nate represents individuals and businesses in matters involving commercial transactions, trademark, copyright, and intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate work, shareholder issues, employment, and real estate. He has extensive experience with clients in various industries including sports, entertainment, music, media, technology, finance, and transportation, among others.

Nate is capable of handling matters in a wide variety of areas, and he has quickly established himself as a leader in specialized areas such as Sports & Entertainment and Real Estate.  Nate’s creative vision translates well to the work he does, and his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen provide great benefit to his clients.  Nate is an important member of our Practice Group and the firm, he provides great client service in some unique practice areas, and he continues to strengthen FMJ’s status in this legal market.”

As a former college athlete, Nate knows the value of putting in the time and preparation to understand his clients’ businesses, the industries within which they operate, their individual concerns, and their unique legal needs. This approach helps Nate build considerable trust with his clients, comprehensively speak their language, thoughtfully anticipate their legal needs, and ingrain himself in their operations.  Outside of his law practice, Nate is the Chair of the MSBA’s Sports, Art & Entertainment Law Section, he is on the Executive Committee of the MSBA’s Business Law Section, and he is a member of the MSBA Assembly, including the General Policy and Legislative Committees.  Nate has been a volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Network and Legal Corps, and he has served as a Mentor at multiple Minnesota Law Schools.
