# Corporate Attorney Nathan Snyder and Trusts & Estates Attorney Joshua Damberg Join FMJ

We are pleased to announce the arrival of two new attorneys to the firm [Nathan Snyder](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/nathan-r-snyder/) and [Joshua Damberg](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/joshua-t-damberg/). Nate is an Associate in our [General Corporate & Business](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/general-corporate-business/), [Mergers & Acquisitions](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/), and [Real Estate](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/real-estate/) practice groups and Josh Damberg is an Associate in our [Trusts & Estates](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/trusts-estates/) practice group.

Nate represents clients and businesses in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, shareholder, employment, trademark and copyright, intellectual property, and real estate matters. He has extensive experience with clients in various industries including technology, healthcare, construction, finance, insurance, transportation, real estate, entertainment, and sports. Prior to joining the firm, Nate spent eight years practicing at a business law firm in Minneapolis where he represented clients in equity, asset, intellectual property, and real estate transactions, and served as outside counsel for closely-held businesses.

Josh assists his clients with estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, elder law, and estate and trust administration matters. He has experience working with individuals, couples, families, and non-traditional and blended families in a variety of situations that require long-term planning. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a practicing estate planning and elder law attorney at several law firms in the metro area. He currently serves on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Elder Law Governing Council and volunteers for the Wills for Heroes program, which provides estate planning services to first responders.
