# John Ella to Speak About Minnesota’s Non-Compete Ban on March 20, 2024

On March 20, 2024, [John Ella](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/v-john-ella/) will participate in a panel discussion webinar with the Hennepin County Bar Association entitled: “The Legal Fall-Out from Minnesota’s Non-Compete Ban.”  John and the other panelists will discuss the real-world impact of the non-compete ban, how it has changed or not changed the litigation landscape, how companies and employees have responded to the new law, and the growing importance of non-solicitation, confidentiality, and return-of-property obligations.
