# John Ella and Ryan Dreyer to Present National CLE on Defamation

[John Ella](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/v-john-ella/) and [Ryan Dreyer](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/ryan-r-dreyer/) have been invited by Law Practice CLE, a national legal education provider, to present a CLE called “Litigating Defamation Claims” on May 5, 2025. John and Ryan will discuss elements of a defamation claim, pleadings, First Amendment limitations, common law and statutory defenses, handling cases based on social media, damages, settlement and more.
