# FMJ Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Brittany Kennedy

Fafinski Mark & Johnson is pleased to welcome attorney [Brittany Kennedy](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/brittany-a-kennedy/) to the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate & Business Practice Groups!  Britt provides thoughtful and practical legal counsel to clients navigating complex transactions and contracts, with a particular focus on real estate acquisitions and transactions, commercial real estate matters, and corporate governance.

Before FMJ, Britt gained deep experience handling a variety of complex real estate matters.  She led commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and other transactions of varying structures and sizes, including tax-deferred exchanges and title and survey diligence. Britt has worked with a variety of individual and business clients, and she has worked with closely-held businesses on their corporate governance and transactional needs.

“Britt’s depth of experience in commercial real estate transactions and other matters will help support the entrepreneurial clients that FMJ is privileged to represent,” said Paul Shneider, who leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. “As our real estate practice continues to expand, Britt’s knowledge and experience will make the team even stronger.
