# FMJ Welcomes Estate Planning and Business Attorney Elaine Mikel-Mulder

Fafinski Mark & Johnson is pleased to announce that [Elaine Mikel-Mulder](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/elaine-k-mikel-mulder/) has joined the firm as an Associate in the Trusts & Estates and General Corporate & Business Practice Groups.

Elaine focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and helping clients develop personalized plans that protect their families, businesses, and long-term goals. She works closely with individuals and families to provide practical, thoughtful guidance through every stage of the planning and administration process. Her practice includes drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and assisting clients with probate and trust administration matters.

In addition to her trusts and estates practice, Elaine will work closely with FMJ’s General Corporate & Business Practice Group. She has substantial experience advising closely held businesses and financial institutions on corporate and commercial matters. Elaine’s background includes secured transactions, corporate governance, business reorganizations, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counseling. She has represented banks and lenders supporting small businesses and has guided companies through transactions ranging from routine operational matters to sophisticated business deals.
