Morgan Zuehlke is an Associate Attorney at Fafinski Mark & Johnson, focusing on corporate law, trademarks, sports and entertainment, and business transactions. With a career spanning two decades in digital technology and brand strategy, Morgan offers a unique perspective that blends legal insight with strategic business acumen.

Before law school, Morgan earned a B.B.A. in Marketing of Recorded Music from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She developed a successful career in marketing, UX, and digital strategy, managing initiatives for prominent artists and record labels, and she has worked for and advised some of the world’s largest brands on experience strategy and digital transformation. Morgan received her law degree from St. Thomas in Minneapolis, where she graduated with honors.
