# FMJ Selected Again for Multiple Chambers Rankings in 2026

We are pleased to announce that Chambers and Partners has once again ranked Fafinski Mark & Johnson on its 2026 Chambers Guides for Corporate/M&A and Aviation Transactions.

The [Aviation Practice Group](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/transportation-logistics/) has been ranked on Chambers’ USA Nationwide [Aviation Transactions](https://chambers.com/department/fafinski-mark-johnson-pa-transportation-aviation-transactional-usa-5:3416:12788:1:22628152) list for the third consecutive year.  [Kevin Johnson](https://chambers.com/lawyer/kevin-j-johnson-usa-5:25765951), the Chair of the practice group, has also been ranked individually in Band 1 for Aviation Transactions.

FMJ’s [Corporate](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/general-corporate-business/) and [M&A](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/) Practice Groups have now been ranked in Chambers’ [Minnesota Corporate/M&A](https://chambers.com/department/fafinski-mark-johnson-pa-corporate-ma-usa-5:354:12737:1:22628152) category for six years. FMJ earned a Band 3 ranking in the 2026 guide. [Heidi Carpenter](https://chambers.com/lawyer/heidi-a-carpenter-usa-5:25776649), who is FMJ’s CEO and the Chair of the Corporate and M&A Practice Groups, has been selected for individual ranking in the Corporate/M&A list as well.
