# FMJ Selected Again as One of Minnesota’s Best Women-Led Law Firms

Fafinski Mark & Johnson is proud to announce that Minnesota Lawyer has once again recognized the firm as one of Minnesota’s best women-led law firms through its annual *[In the Lead: Women-Led Law Firms](https://minnlawyer.com/2026/06/08/women-led-law-firms-fafinski-mark-johnson-p-a-2/)* program. This recognition highlights firms that demonstrate strong leadership, legal excellence, and a commitment to supporting and advancing women in the legal profession and business community.

Minnesota Lawyer started cultivating this list in 2024, and FMJ has been included each year. Minnesota Lawyer’s profile of FMJ highlighted the leadership of CEO [Heidi Carpenter](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/heidi-a-carpenter/) and CFO [Sharon Johnson](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/sharon-k-johnson/), as well as the firm’s collaborative culture and client-focused approach. [Shannon McDonough](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/shannon-m-mcdonough/) also leads the firm’s Litigation and HR & Employment Practice Groups.
