# FMJ Honored as One of Minnesota’s Best Women-Led Law Firms!

Minnesota Lawyer has selected Fafinski Mark & Johnson for recognition in its special feature [In the Lead: Best Women-Led Law Firms](https://minnlawyer.com/2024/09/26/women-led-law-firms-2024-fafinski-mark-johnson-p-a/). 

FMJ is honored to be included on this inaugural list along with other leading firms in the state.  To be eligible, the firms on the list must have women leaders.  Minnesota Lawyer also considered recommendations from its readers, reviewed its prior news coverage and awards honorees, and researched other publicly available information about the firms in consideration.  In addition, the editorial team looked for demonstrated legal success and efforts by these firms to empower other women.
