# Mergers & Acquisitions Group Closed First Deal of 2020!

Our [Mergers & Acquisitions](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/) group closed their first deal of 2020 this week! The group represented a decades-old bathing systems industry leader in the sale of its business assets and associated real estate.
