# Eden Prairie News: Drone Use Comes with Rules

FMJ shareholder [Donald Chance Mark, Jr.](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/donald-chance-mark-jr/) was recently interviewed by  *Eden Prairie News* about the legalities of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) use.

> “This is an ongoing topic that’s going to occupy interest for a long time. But I think you’re definitely going to see a lot more drones and I think the technology is going to continue to evolve to hopefully make them safer,” said Donald Mark Jr., of the Eden Prairie-based law firm Fafinski Mark & Johnson P.A., which has a drone practice group, “but the concern is always going to be abuse by people that do it the wrong way.”
