# Corporate Deal Closings Q3 2021

We are continuing to have a busy year in our [Mergers & Acquisitions,](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/) [Real Estate](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/real-estate/), [Banking & Financial Institutions](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/banking-financial-institutions/), and [General Corporate & Business](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/general-corporate-business/) practice groups.

This past quarter, we saw some of our largest M&A transactions to date, including one transaction that was our largest in the last 3 years and the second largest in the last 7 years. Below is a sampling of some of our largest transactions from Q3:

- Represented a truck manufacturer and equipment rental company in a multi-million dollar sale of all of its assets to a billion-dollar public company. The transaction involved complex environmental analysis and negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Represented a private investment firm in the multi-million dollar acquisition of a plastic injection molding business. This transaction had a very quick timeline and our team advised our client on financing, employment matters, and the complex, bifurcated transaction structure.
- Represented a privately-held manufacturer of car wash, hydro-excavation, industrial cleaning, and sewer jetting, parts, products, and accessories in the multi-million sale of its assets to the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Represented an entrepreneur in the multi-million dollar purchase of substantially all of the assets and real estate of a 35-year-old landscaping and landscape supply company.
