# Corporate Attorney Molly Amt Joins FMJ!

## We are pleased to welcome [Molly Amt](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/molly-l-amt/) to the firm!

FMJ is proud to announce that [Molly Amt](https://www.fmjlaw.com/professional/molly-l-amt/) has joined the firm as an associate attorney!

Molly is now working in our Corporate & Business Practice Group. With extensive experience in corporate, business, and nonprofit matters, Molly manages a wide range of projects, from transformative financings and acquisitions to ongoing corporate governance and routine commercial contracts. Molly is skilled at helping businesses achieve legal compliance while supporting their growth. She enjoys connecting with clients to identify their needs and collaborating with them to attain their goals.

Before starting with FMJ, Molly worked with both commercial and government agency-based law firms in California and in Minnesota. Molly graduated from the University of Minnesota law school, *magna cum laude*, and attended Duke University for her undergraduate studies. Molly received All-American accolades as a member of the track and field and cross-country teams while at Duke.
