How should  your equity retirement be structured, and what are the different options? When should you use qualified of non-qualified allocations? 12:15 pm Lunch 1:00 pm **Session 4 – Employment Law Update (presented by FMJ) ** This session will provide an update on recent employment law changes that are most applicable to agribusinesses. 1:30 pm **Session 5 – Credit Issues (presented by FMJ)** With recent low crop prices, the issue of credit has arguably never been more important.
