# Fafinski Mark & Johnson Recognized by 2019 Chambers USA

[*Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business*](https://chambers.com/profile/organisation/22628152?publicationTypeId=5), a leading annual legal guide identifying the top attorneys and law firms in the U.S., listed Fafinski Mark & Johnson’s [General Corporate & Business](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/general-corporate-business/) and [Mergers & Acquisitions](https://www.fmjlaw.com/practice-area/mergers-acquisitions/) practice groups in its 2019 edition.

FMJ is listed in Chambers USA Corporate/M&A for Minnesota as a “Recognised Practitioner,” which indicates that we are a firm that handles notable matters in the Corporate and M&A fields and we have received recommendations for those particular areas of law. 

This is the first time FMJ has been listed in the Chambers guide.  The directory is publication produced annually by London-based Chambers & Partners.
