Phillip J. Ashfield primarily practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and creditors rights, representing financial institutions and creditors. He enjoys learning about his clients and representing their interests in all stages of litigation.
Phillip received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, summa cum laude. While in law school, he served as a senior editor for the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. During law school, Phillip also clerked for a law firm in downtown Minneapolis, which enabled him to learn about all aspects of trial work
