Greg’s practice is focused on commercial real estate. He has been practicing commercial real estate law since 1992. He is a trusted advisor to developers, owners, landlords, tenants, contractors and lenders in the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate at the local, regional and national level. He has significant retail leasing and development experience. He represents commercial banks and other lenders in real estate loan transactions and provides legal services to businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Greg has directed, coordinated and completed complex multi-transaction commercial real estate projects. He has the experience to navigate projects from the initial purchase of property through the construction, leasing and sale of the project. He has assembled multiple parcels of land for redevelopment and expansion. He has drafted and negotiated all types of real estate documents, including countless leases for landlords and tenants and purchase agreements for buyers and sellers.

As the parents of three young children, Greg and his wife, Kim, have focused their energy (and time) outside of work on family pursuits. Nothing is quite as rewarding as watching your child learn to read or make that perfect pass. When there is individual time, Greg likes to participate in a wide range of activities and is always looking for a new challenge. He enjoys the process of learning a new activity almost as much as the activity itself.
